The goal of the Diversity Database is to have a space where public media hiring managers can be connected to an interested pool of current and emerging leaders who reflect a broad and diverse range of abilities, backgrounds, experiences, interests, and competencies. We want to support public media in making the "most of the creative potential of a diverse workforce".

We define diversity not just in terms of demographics, but in terms of how your life experience could help create a culture for innovation within an organization.
